醚酯共聚法制备减水保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及其性能研究

摘要
以丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,引入丙烯酸一缩二乙二醇酯(EGD),在45℃的氧化-还原体系下合成减水保坍型聚羧酸减水剂.结果表明,相对市售聚羧酸减水母液,该产品有更好的分散性和保坍能力,且自带引气效果,能有效改善混凝土和易性,提高混凝土抗压强度,综合性能更优.
Abstract
Using hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG)and acrylic acid(AA)as the main raw materials,diethylene glycol acrylate(EGD)is introduced to synthesize a water-reducing and slump-preserving polycarboxylate superplasticizer in an oxidation-reduction system at 45℃.The results show that compared to the commercially available ordinary polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor,this product not only has better dispersibility and slump retention ability,but also comes with an inherent air entraining effect,which can effectively improve the workability of concrete and increase its compressive strength and comprehensive performance.
