Study on compatibility of cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer in Guizhou
There are differences in the production standards of cement manufacturers in Guizhou.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the adaptability of cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer in Guizhou.The adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer by cement particles is related to the fineness of cement.The greater the fineness of cement,the greater the adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer by cement particles,and the higher the superplasticizer dosage in concrete test.When the cement becomes finer,the number of cement particles increases,the heat of hydration and the concrete loss accelerate,and the adaptability of cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer deteriorates.In addition,the quality fraction of each chemical component in cement is different,and the adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is also different.
