摘要
红外技术已成为现代光学技术发展的一个重要方向.红外透过材料是红外光学系统中透镜、棱镜、窗口、滤光片、整流罩等光学元件的重要材料,按材料透过波段分为中波红外透过材料和长波红外透过材料,其中蓝宝石、尖晶石、AlON和氧化物红外玻璃等是目前较成熟的商用中波红外透过光学材料.本文综述了几类红外光学材料的主要性能、制备技术、存在的问题及发展趋势.
Abstract
Infrared technology has become an important direction in the development of modern optical technology.Infrared transmission materials are important materials for optical components such as lenses,prisms,windows,filters,and fairings in infrared optical systems.According to the transmission band of materials,they can be divided into medium wave infrared transmission materials and long wave infrared transmission materials.Among them,sapphire,spinel,AlON,and oxide infrared glass are currently more mature commercial medium wave infrared transmission optical materials.This paper summarizes the main properties,preparation techniques,existing problems,and development trends of the aforementioned types of infrared optical materials.
