外文摘要：This paper combs the patent application authorization situation of relevant countries and major R&D institutions worldwide in the aerogels field from 2005 to 2024.The current situation of patent layout,patent values,technical uses,technical efficacies of major aerogels R&D institutions are analyzed.On this basis,suggestions on the future patent layout of aerogels in China are given.
