木质素纤维对沥青混合料低温性能的影响研究

为了研究不同木质素纤维掺量对沥青混合料低温性能的影响,对沥青混合料掺入不同木质素纤维(0%、2%、4%、6%、8%),通过低温性能试验对不同低温条件(-6℃、-12℃、-18℃、-24℃)下沥青混合料的低温性能进行研究.结果表明,随着温度的降低,不同木质素纤维掺量的沥青混合料劲度模量不断增加,4%掺量时对低温性能的改善效果最佳;不同木质素纤维掺量的沥青混合料弯曲蠕变柔量随温度降低不断减小,掺量为4%时,各种低温条件下的弯曲蠕变柔量均最大;不同木质素纤维掺量的沥青混合料劈裂强度随温度降低呈先升后降的趋势,掺量为4%时对沥青混合料的强化效果最佳.
Effect of lignin fiber on low temperature performance of asphalt mixture
In order to study the effect of different lignin fiber content on the low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures,different lignin fibers(0%,2%,4%,6%and 8%)are added to the asphalt mixtures.The low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures under different low temperature conditions(-6℃,-12℃,-18℃and-24℃)is studied through low temperature performance tests.The results show that the stiffness modulus of asphalt mixtures with different lignin fiber contents increases with the decrease of temperature,and the best effect on low temperature performance is achieved with a 4%content.The flexural creep compliance of asphalt mixtures with different lignin fiber contents decreases with the decrease of temperature.When the content is 4%,the flexural creep compliance of asphalt mixtures is the highest under various low temperature conditions.The splitting strength of asphalt mixtures with different lignin fiber contents shows a trend of first increasing and the decreasing with the decrease of temperature,and the best strengthening effect is obtained when the lignin fiber content is 4%.
