Research on influence of glazed coating thickness on the stress of glass tempering
In this paper,the glazed glass of photovoltaic module backplane is taken as the research object,and the influence of different glazed coating thickness on the stress of tempered glass is studied.Glazed tempered glass with different coating thickness is designed,and the surface stress in glazed and unglazed areas is measured by random light stress method,while the sectional morphology of glazed tempered glass is characterized by metallography microscope.The results show that the surface stress difference between glazed and unglazed tempered areas gradually increase with the increase of glazed coating thickness.And based on the analysis of the stress in the cross-section of glazed glass,it can be found that with the increase of glazed coating thickness,the length of stress fringes in the section stress area decreases.
