The application progress of digital light processing technology in the field of ceramic 3D printing
Ceramic materials are widely used in many fields due to their excellent mechanical properties,high temperature resistance and chemical stability.However,the traditional ceramic processing technology is complex and costly,which limits the development of its application.Compared with traditional material processing and molding technology,additive manufacturing is good at solving the problems of personalized,complex,specialized and difficult special-shaped precision parts processing.This paper focuses on the application progress of digital light processing(DLP)technology in the field of ceramic 3D printing,introduces the basic principles and development history of DLP technology,and analyzes the formulation system,sintering system,mechanical property test and application cases of typical ceramic materials such as alumina,zirconium oxide and silicon nitride in DLP printing.By improving the formulation of photosensitive resins,optimizing printing processes and post-processing technologies,the printing quality and performance of these ceramic materials can be further improved,providing technical support for their promotion in more high-performance application fields.
