A Study on the stability of loess building slopes under different rainfall conditions
In order to analyze and study the stability characteristics of loess slopes considering building loads under different rainfall conditions,this paper applies GEO-studio finite element software to establish a loess building slope model,and analyzes the stability characteristics of loess slopes under two types of rainfall conditions,namely rainfall intensity and rainfall duration,considering the effect of building loads.The results show that the intensity and duration of rainfall have a significant impact on the loess slope considering the effect of building loads.The infiltration amount of soil rainfall significantly increases,the pore water pressure at the same location gradually increases,and the soil strength gradually weakens.As the intensity of rainfall gradually increases or the duration of rainfall prolongs,the stability coefficient of loess slopes considering building loads decreases accordingly,and the stability performance of slopes also gradually weakens.
