探讨基于Bld-1短肽构建靶向膀胱癌的工程化外泌体.利用Bld-1短肽,通过构建过表达质粒,使其与LAMP2B蛋白融合表达,从而构建LAMP2B/Bld-1的工程化外泌体,并进一步通过外泌体摄取实验探讨其在膀胱癌中应用的可行性.实验结果显示,LAMP2B/Bld-1工程化外泌体能够高效靶向膀胱癌细胞系,且可以作为药物载体,将药物直接送达膀胱癌细胞.通过Bld-1短肽构建靶向膀胱癌的工程化外泌体具有可行性,为膀胱癌的治疗提供了新的研究方向和治疗策略.
Construction of Engineered Exosomes Targeting Bladder Cancer Based on Bld-1 Short Peptide
This paper focused on the construction of engineered exosomes targeting bladder cancer based on Bld-1 short peptide.Using the short peptide Bld-1,the engineered exosomes of LAMP2B/Bld-1 were constructed by transfecting with LAMP2B/Bld-1 fusing expression plasmids.The feasibility of LAMP2B/Bld-1 engineered exosomes application in bladder cancer was further evaluated through exosome uptake experiment.The results showed that the LAMP2B/Bld-1 engineered exosomes could specifically target bladder cancer cell lines and serve as drug carriers to deliver drugs directly to bladder cancer cells.It is feasible to construct engineered exosomes targeting bladder cancer cells based on Bld-1 short peptide,which provides a new research direction and treatment strategy for patients with bladder cancer.
