摘要
随着"双碳"战略目标的提出,我国进入减污降碳协同增效的历史发展新阶段.浙江南方水泥作为中国建材集团有限公司旗下新天山水泥下属的区域公司,积极推动央企在节能降碳中的示范引领作用.自成立起始,通过管理整合、新技术应用和管理工具推行不断提升下属成员企业的能源利用率,消耗指标逐年下降.为最终实现"30/50"的"双碳"目标,浙江南方水泥锐意进取、奋楫笃行,总结谋划出高效产能置换、替代原燃料减碳、降低熟料料耗等六大项管理措施,推动下属成员企业实现绿色低碳转型、共创绿色低碳发展.
Abstract
With the Dual-Carbon policy.China has entered a new stage of historical development in reduction of pollution and carbon emissions.Zhejiang South Cement,as a regional subsidiary of New Tianshan Cement under China Building Materials Group,promote the demonstration and leading role of SOE in energy saving and carbon reduction.Since established,ZJSC continues to improve the energy utilization efficiency of subordinate member enterprises through management integration,new technology and management tools application.The KPIs are improved year by year.In order to ultimately achieve the"30/50"Dual-Carbon Policy.Zhejiang South Cement is determined to forge ahead and strive to implement the six technical management measures,including higher efficient kiln replacement,carbon reduction by alternative raw materials and fuels,and reducing clinker consumption to accelerates the green and low-carbon transformation of its subordinate companies.
