带协同处置的水泥窑系统节能降耗改造

针对带垃圾协同处置水泥窑系统的运行状况与存在问题,结合协同处置系统的特点,对水泥窑系统的预热器、分解炉、回转窑、冷却机等进行技术方案设计与实施改造,实现了水泥窑系统的产量提升与节能减排,达到了技改预期,为带废弃物协同处置系统的水泥窑技术改造起到示范作用.
As a means of co-processing of waste,cement kiln co-processing system has the advantages of wide application range,large processing capacity and environmental protection,etc.Under a background of green development,more and more cement plants have built waste co-processing system.When the co-processing system is running in a cement line in Hebei province,the clinker output of the system is 3 800t/d,the standard coal consumption is 103kg/t.cl.Meanwhile,there are problems of high resistance and high outlet temperature of preheater system.In order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and reducing consumption,our company has modified the burning system on the base of combining with the actual production situation of the production line.After reform,standard coal consumption has reduced about 5kg/t.cl,clinker production has increased about 600t/d,preheater system pressure has reduced about 1 000Pa.On the basis of significant energy conservation and reducing consumption,a significant increase in production has been achieved,which is in advanced level in domestic co-processing production line.
