提高艾士卡法测固体替代燃料中氯离子准确度的操作要点

摘要
本文采用艾氏试剂熔样的方法主要从固体替代燃料的试样粒径、升温程序、搅拌速度、洗液体积4个方面分析和讨论了实验中的影响因素和解决措施.结果表明:艾什卡试剂均匀、试验粒径在1mm以下、升温过程中在500℃保温30min、缓慢滴定搅拌、洗液保持在110mL、滴定环境酸性足够时,测定结果准确性高.
Abstract
In this paper,the influence factors and solutions are discussed from four aspects:particle size,heating procedure,stirring speed and lotion volume of solid substitute fuel.The results showed that the accuracy was high when the reagent was uniform,the particle size was less than 1mm,the temperature was kept at 500℃ for 30min,the lotion was kept at 110mL and the acidity of the titration environment was sufficient.
