Based on the characteristics of on-site cementing operation,the influences of dry dispersion way,high-speed wet dispersion way,and ultrasonic wet dispersion way on the properties of nano-silica modified oil well cement,including fluidity and compressive strength,porosity and permeability,were analyzed in this paper.Then,the effect of different dispersion ways on the microstructure of cement paste was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the mixing way has an important influence on the performance of nano-silica modified cementing slurry.Furthermore,the higher the dosage of nano silica,the more obvious the influence of dispersion method.Even the nano-silica dosage reached 1.5%,the fluidity of cement slurry prepared by ultrasonic wet dispersion way still has 20cm.In addition,the compressive strengths of cement paste in 3 days,7 days and 14 days were increased by 18.75%,16.53%and 12.26%respectively,the porosity and permeability were decreased by 19.6%and 34.9%respectively,and the internal microstructure became denser.This study can provide a useful reference for the application of nano-silica and other nano-materials in cementing engineering.
