大型露天灰岩矿爆破粉尘影响评价及控制措施研究

大型砂石骨料矿山爆破开采过程中往往会产生大量粉尘,其浓度大、覆盖面积广,不仅不利于职工身体健康,同时也严重影响矿山生态.为实现矿山绿色开采,研究人员根据粉尘控制标准,通过对爆破粉尘控制、环境监测和边坡绿化三个方面进行深入逐步研究,通过理论模型对粉尘量、粉尘浓度进行计算,并绘制出粉尘浓度时程曲线,提出了粉尘控制关键措施以及防护方案,同时搭建完成环境监测措施,有效实现了大型露天灰岩矿爆破粉尘控制,为类似大型露天矿山绿色开采提供了借鉴.
Large-scale sand-gravel aggregate mines often produce a large amount of dust in the process of blasting mining,which has a large concentration and a wide coverage area,which is not only not conducive to the health of workers,but also seriously affects the mine ecology.In order to realize green mining in mines,researchers conducted in-depth and step-by-step research on blasting dust control,environmental monitoring and slope greening according to dust control standards,calculated the dust quantity and concentration through theoretical models,drew the time-history curve of dust concentration,put forward key dust control measures and protection schemes,and completed environmental monitoring measures,which effectively realized blasting dust control in large-scale open-pit limestone mines,providing reference for green mining in similar large-scale open-pit mines.
