In this paper,a carbon capture process model of phase change absorber for cement kiln flue gas was established by Aspen Plus simulation software,the working condition analysis,sensitivity analysis and process optimization analysis of carbon capture process of phase change absorber for cement kiln flue gas were carried out to master the influence of key process parameters on the process system,understand the process characteristics,and provide theoretical basis and data support for engineering practice,according to the analysis results of simulation calculation,the following conclusions are obtained:1.PZ ratio control at 5%,MDEA control at 30%;2.The feed temperature of the absorbent should be controlled at 30℃.3.The height of the packing of the absorber should be 10m.4.It is suggested that the regeneration temperature should be controlled below 100℃,and over 100℃,the regeneration energy consumption will be increased significantly 5.Based on the above selected key process parameters,the regeneration energy consumption of phase change absorber in MDEA+PZ system is 2.59GJ/tCO2.Combined with the process improvement and optimization,when the temperature difference between rich and poor liquid was controlled at 5℃,the technology of rich liquid graded flow was adopted,the regeneration energy consumption of the phase change absorber was 2.36 GJ/tCO2 when the ratio of the staged flow was controlled at 5%.
