多数的尾矿通常排放于尾矿库,处理尾矿的费用不仅高昂,而且尾矿库的高势能往往伴随着较大安全隐患.因此尾矿处理是相关生产企业和环保单位重要考虑的问题之一.随着绿色建筑理念加强,再生骨料在建筑材料的应用越来越受到人们关注,本文以钨尾矿为主要原料制备轻质高强人造骨料,该骨料在钨尾矿掺量为45%时,其筒压强度为20.6MPa.将其按照体积比替代部分混凝土中的天然骨料,减水剂用量可显著性降低.混凝土中轻质高强骨料的替代量为25%时,混凝土抗压强度对比没有添加轻质高强骨料的空白组提升约3MPa.
Most of the tailings are usually discharged in the tailings pond,and the cost of tailings treatment is not only expensive,but also the high potential energy of the tailings pond is often accompanied by greater security risks.Therefore,tailings treatment is one of the important issues to be considered by relevant production enterprises and environmental protection department.With the strengthening concept of green architecture,the application of recycled aggregate in building materials has attracted gradually attention.In this paper,tungsten tailings are used as the main raw material to prepare lightweight and high-strength artificial aggregate.When the content of tungsten tailings is 45%,the barrel compressive strength of the aggregate is 20.6MPa.When it replaces natural stone in concrete according to volume ratio,the amount of water reducing agent can be significantly reduced.When the replacement amount of lightweight high-strength aggregate in concrete is 25%,the compressive strength of concrete is increased by about 3.0MPa compared with the blank group without addition of lightweight high-strength aggregate.
