摘要
在新时代,发展全过程人民民主离不开传承党的群众路线的优良传统,不断丰富全过程人民民主的理论内涵.党的群众路线与全过程人民民主建设具有内在逻辑的一致性.党的十八大以来,中国共产党坚持党的群众路线,推动全过程人民民主"五大民主"环节,取得了丰硕的成果,但也存在群众参与热情不够高、参与渠道不畅、政治参与的成效不足等问题.在新时代新征程,必须毫不动摇地坚持党的群众路线,更好地坚持党的领导,更好地从新时代人民群众的美好生活需要出发,更好地走好网上群众路线,将群众路线的优良传统与全过程人民民主的创新概念相结合,推动作为优良传统的群众路线在新时代的创新性发展,推动全过程人民民主不断深化.
Abstract
In the new era,the development of whole-process people's democracy is inseparable from inheriting the fine tradition of the Party's mass line and constantly enriching the theoretical connotation of whole-process people's democracy.The Party's mass line and the construction of whole-process people's democracy have internal logic consistency.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party has adhered to the mass line and promoted the"five democratic links"of whole-processpeople's democracy.Fruitfulresults have been a-chieved,but there are also problems such as insufficient enthusiasm for mass participation,poor channels for par-ticipation,and insufficient effectiveness of political participation.On the new journey in the new era,we must un-swervingly adhere to the Party's mass line,better uphold the Party's leadership,better proceed from the needs of the people in the new era for a better life,better follow the online mass line,combine the fine tradition of the mass line with the innovative concept of whole-process people's democracy,and promote the innovative devel-opment of the mass line as a fine tradition in the new era,so as to promote the development of whole-process people's democracy.
