During the period of the new democratic revolution,the CPC,according to its own construction needs and the organizational experience of the Soviet Communist Party(Bolshevik),basically formed the Party's or-ganizational by the 7th National Congress of the CPC through a long period of exploration.After the founding of New China,according to the new situation of governing the country,the Party's organizational system was further adjusted,and its achievements were reflected in the CPC Constitution revised in the 8th National Congress of the Party.However,due to the influence of the"leftist"error,the Party's organizational system was seriously dam-aged after the 8th National Congress of the CPC,and the content of Party Constitution on the Party's organiza-tional system became extremely brief.In the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,the Party's organizational system has developed and improved and tends to be stable on the basis of restoring the fine tradition.Since the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the construction of the organizational system,as an important content of the Party's organizational line,has received unprecedented emphasis and at-tention,exhibiting the style of the new era.
