Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core has paid much attention to the driving function of informatization in the work of ideology and culture.In the omnimedia age,a new technological route of red culture dissemination has emerged gradually,and it is time for optimizing its empowerment utility and achieving a better effect of dissemination.As regard the specific route,the"cultivating,gathering and utilization"of informatization professionals should be strengthened to reinforce the intrinsic dynamics for the dissemination of red culture;informatization should be utilized to"consolidate the foundation,develop new contentsand preserveclassic contents",so as to maintain the bottom color of the dissemi-nation of red culture;information should be utilized to empower the carrier of dissemination for"imagepresenta-tion,virtuality-reality linkage,and resource integration",so as to activate the forms of red culture dissemina-tion;and informatization should be utilized to empower the internet front for"eliminating blind areas,polishing the expression,and accurately touching the audience",so as to improve the dissemination effect of red culture.
