Since the beginning of reform and opening up,from"reform"to"comprehensively deepening reform"and then to"further comprehensively deepening reform",what has not changed is that reform has broken the institutional shackles that have hampered the development of productive forces,and constantly improved and developed the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.What has changed is the continuous deepening of reform from some specific points and to a larger area,from the simple to the deep,and from the easy to the difficult.It shows that the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics will become broader and brighter.The 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)adopted a resolution on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization at its Third Plenary Session,which has written a practical continuation of the comprehensive deepening of reform since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC,and constitutes a new era for the new journey to promote Chinese-style modernization.To deeply understand and fully implement the spirit of the plenum,we need to start from the basic dimension of its argument,focus on the theoretical connotation and practical significance of reform as important aspects such as the direct motivation for the self-improvement and development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,the main theme of promoting Chinese-style modernization and its related system construction,Party leadership as the fundamental guarantee,etc.
