Giving Full Play to the Leading Role of Economic System Reform in Further Deepening the Reform Comprehensively
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee pointed out that deepening the reform of the economic system is still the focus of further deepening the reform in an all-round way,and stressed that the leading role of economic system reform should be given full play.The leading role of economic system reform has a very rich connotation,which puts forward more and higher requirements for deepening the reform of economic system in the new stage of development.We should understand,explain and implement the overall plan for deepening economic structural reform based on the major goal requirements of promoting high-quality development and promoting Chinese-style modernization,and focus on the profound analysis of the"leading role".We must thoroughly understand and grasp the necessity,inevitability and importance of continuing to play the leading role of economic structural reform on the new journey of reform from historical,realistic and theoretical perspectives,and constantly strengthen the historical initiative,realistic responsibility and theoretical consciousness of deepening economic structural reform.We should pay attention to system integration,strengthen the foundation,highlight key areas,and pay attention to the effectiveness of reform,so as to give full play to the leading role of economic structural reform in further deepening reform comprehensively.
