Focusing on the main line of"Chinese-style modernization,"the 20th CPC National Congress made clear the goal and task of"building a great modern socialist country in all respects"and made a major judgment that"education,science and technology,and human resources are the basic and strategic support for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way".And from the four aspects of"doing a good job in providing education to the people""improving the scientific and technological innovation system""accelerating the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy"and"deepening the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents",strategic arrangements were made to promote the integrated development of education and science and technology talents.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party further made specific arrangements for promoting the integrated reform of the system and mechanism of education,science and technology talents.To implement these arrangements and improve the development level of China's education science and technology talents in the new era and new journey,we need to deeply understand the internal logic of the integrated development of education science and technology talents in theory,and continue to increase resource investment in practice,deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms,gather various main forces,enhance internal and external exchanges and cooperation,and create a relaxed and inclusive environment.
