不同波长调Q激光治疗雀斑的临床疗效比较

目的 观察不同波长694 nm和波长532 nm的调Q激光治疗雀斑的临床疗效和不良反应.方法 面部雀斑患者211例,随机分为两组,A组患者112例,采用波长694 nm治疗;B组患者99例,采用波长532 nm治疗.每组分别治疗1次,末次治疗结束后30 d进行疗效评价.结果 经过1次治疗后,A组106例痊愈,5例显效,l例好转,0例无效,显效率为99%;B组87例痊愈,5例显效,6例好转,1例无效,显效率为93%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).A组色脱2例,色素沉着5例;B组色脱6例,色素沉着9例,两组不良反应比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 波长694 nm和波长532 nm的调Q激光均能治疗雀斑,且临床疗效满意、安全可靠,波长694 nm的治疗效果优于波长532 nm治疗效果,波长694 nm的不良反应少于波长532 nm.
Comparison Between Q-Switched 694 Laser and Q-Switched 532 Laser for Clinical Efficacy of Freckle Treatment
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of 694 nm and 532 nm QS neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet lasers in treating freckles.Methods Totally 211 patients with freckles were randomly divided into two groups,namely,group A (112 cases) and group B (99 cases),to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment.While the patients in group A being treated with QS694 laser once,those of group B were given QS532 laser treatment once.The efficacy and safety were evaluated 30 days after the final treatment.Results After one time treatment,the effective rate of group A was 99% (complete disappearance for 106 patients,significant improvementfor 5 patients and moderate improvement for 1 patient),and that of group B was 93% (complete disappearance for 87 patients,significant improvement for 5 patients,moderate improvement for 6 patients and no improvement for 1 patient).The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Color-offoccurred to 2 patients in group A and 6 patients in group B respectively,pigmentation to 5 patients in group A and 9 patients in group B respectively.Indicating that difference between them in the adverse reactions was significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Both 694 nm and 532 nm QS lasers will reduce freckles effectively with high patient satisfaction.The efficacy and safety of QS694 laser is better than that of QS532 laser.Adverse reactions of 694 nm laser were less than that of 532 nm laser.
