基于面部解剖学微创技术在中面部年轻化的临床进展

美是人类永恒的话题,随着生活水平的提高,人们对于改善面部老化的需求与日俱增,面部抗衰已逐渐成为整形美容外科领域的治疗热点.中面部解剖结构复杂,关键解剖结构的改变会加速衰老的过程.目前各种抗衰手段层出不穷,部分技术、设备尚未在中国人群中大规模应用,缺少行业统一规范.为此,临床上根据中国人面部解剖特点选择合适的抗衰技术成为患者治疗有效性与安全性的关键和挑战.为了使面部抗衰的治疗更精准,并发症发生率更低,更好的实现面部年轻化的治疗效果,本文总结了面部不同解剖层次的衰老特点,并对各种微创抗衰手段的发展背景、技术原理及临床应用进行了文献回顾,以期为临床治疗提供参考.
Clinical Progress of Minimally Invasive Techniques Based on Facial Anatomy in Mid-Face Rejuvenation
Beauty has always been a timeless concern for humanity.With the improvement of living standards,the desire to combat facial aging is on the rise.Facial anti-aging has gradually become a treatment hotspot in the field of plastic surgery.The facial anatomical structure is complex,and alterations in key anatomical structures will accelerate the aging process.Currently,a variety of anti-aging methods are burgeoning,but some technologies and equipment have not yet been widely applied among the Chinese population.Moreover,unified industrial standards have not yet been developed in China.Therefore,choosing appropriate anti-aging technologies based on the facial anatomical characteristics of Chinese people has become crucial and challenging for treatment effectiveness and safety.In order to improve the precision of facial anti-aging treatment,reduce the incidence of complications and enhance the rejuvenation effect,the aging characteristics of different facial anatomical levels were summarized and the development of various minimally invasive anti-aging methods were reviewed in this article for the sake of providing foundations and important references for clinical treatment.
