光学相干断层扫描成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)技术具有非侵入、高分辨率的特点,能够无创获取生物组织内部微米级的高分辨率三维切面图像,随着皮肤影像学的不断发展,OCT逐渐开始在皮肤科领域中应用,因其在组织病变的早期光学诊断和实时动态监测方面有很大的潜力,目前在国内外的临床应用及相关研究越来越多,本文针对不同种类OCT仪器及其在皮肤影像学方面的应用进展进行了总结.
Application Progress of Optical Coherence Tomography in Dermatology Imaging
Featuring non-invasiveness and high resolution,optical coherence tomography(OCT)technology has the ability to non-invasively obtain micron-scale high-resolution three-dimensional sectional images of biological tissues.With the continuous development of skin imaging,OCT has been gradually used in the field of dermatology.Because of its great potential in early optical diagnosis and real-time dynamic monitoring of tissue lesions,more and more related clinical applications and research have appeared both at home and abroad.In this review,different types of OCT instruments and their application progress in dermatology were introduced and summarized.
