中医药在日光性皮炎防治中的研究进展

摘要
日光性皮炎是紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)照射引起的一种光敏性皮肤炎症,主要症状包括红斑、疼痛和色素沉着,影响人体身心健康.中医药以其独特的治疗原理和方法,在防治日光性皮炎方面展现了潜力,包括使用中草药和方剂来调和体内阴阳、清热解毒.本文综述了中医药在防治日光性皮炎方面的应用现状、主要成果以及未来的发展方向,尤其是在临床实践和理论研究中的创新点.
Abstract
Solar dermatitis,a photosensitive dermatitis induced by ultraviolet(UV)radiation,is characterized by symptoms such as erythema,pain and hyperpigmentation,affecting both physical and mental health.Having distinctive treating principles and approaches,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has shown promise in preventing and treating solar dermatitis thanks to the use of herbal medicines and formulas to balance the body's Yin and Yang and to clear heat and detoxify.In this review,current application,major outcomes and future prospects of TCM in preventing and treating solar dermatitis were discussed with a special focus on the innovations in clinical practice and theoretical research.
