摘要
光老化是引起皮肤老化的主要原因,临床表现为皱纹、毛细血管扩张、色素增加或脱失、质地粗糙、肤色发黄、松弛和弹性下降等,改善皮肤光老化是大众关注度较高的临床治疗项目.近年来,非剥脱性点阵激光技术以其安全、高效、恢复期短的特点,为皮肤光老化患者提供了新的治疗选择.本文对非剥脱性点阵激光治疗皮肤光老化的研究进展进行阐述.
Abstract
Photoaging is the main cause of skin aging.The clinical manifestations include wrinkles,telangiectasia,pigment increase or loss,rough texture,yellow skin color,relaxation and elasticity decline,etc.Improving skin photoaging is a medical cosmetic project with high public attention.In recent years,non-ablative fractional laser technology has provided a new treatment option for skin photoaging patients with its characteristics of safety,high efficiency and short recovery period.In this paper,the research progress of non-ablative fractional laser in the treatment of skin photoaging was reviewed.
