黄褐斑是皮肤科常见的一种色素沉着性疾病,不同程度地影响患者的形象,给患者造成不同程度的心理负担,其病因复杂、发病率高,虽然治疗方案多样,但是尚没有一种方法能够治愈黄褐斑.近年来皮秒激光作为一种治疗色素性疾病疗效较好的激光也被广泛用来治疗黄褐斑,为此本文就皮秒激光治疗黄褐斑进行了综述.
Abstract
Being a common pigmentation disease in dermatology with complex etiology and high prevalence,melasma affect spatients'image and brings them psychological burdens in varying degrees.Despite of a wide choice of treatment for melasma,it is still hard to be cured.In recent years,picosecond laser has been widely used in treating melasma as a kind of laser with good curative effect on pigmentary diseases.In this article,the treatment of melasma with picosecond laser was reviewed.
