胶质母细胞瘤的光动力治疗与免疫微环境的基础研究进展

Application of Photodynamic Therapy in Immune Microenvironment-Related Treatment of Glioblastoma

胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma,GBM)的发展和转移与肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)的结构和功能密切相关.近年来,TME调节策略在癌症免疫治疗中备受关注.免疫细胞在抗GBM中发挥着重要的作用,利用光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)来促使TME的改变可提高GBM的治疗效果.本文检索近些年来有关PDT治疗GBM的文献,拟为PDT在GBM的免疫微环境相关治疗提供参考.
Macrophages play an important role in fighting against glioblastoma(GBM).Photodynamic therapy(PDT)can be used to inhibit the development of glioblastoma by promoting the polarization of macrophages and explore the changes of tumor microenvironment(TME).In this paper,the literatures on photodynamic therapy for glioblas-toma in recent years are reviewed to study the role that PDT plays in the immune microenvironment of glioblastoma and the mechanism concerned.
