凉血清肺汤联合CO2点阵激光对玫瑰痤疮患者面部红斑量及血清睾酮水平的影响

摘要
目的 探究凉血清肺汤联合CO2点阵激光对玫瑰痤疮患者面部红斑量及血清睾酮水平的影响.方法 选择2022年1月至2023年1月玫瑰痤疮患者80例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者40例,对照组采用CO2点阵激光治疗;观察组采用激光联合凉血清肺汤治疗,两组患者激光治疗光参数为光斑大小为3 mm×3 mm,覆盖率为5.0％～10.0％,能量密度6.67～8.0 J/cm2,共治疗2次,每次治疗间隔时间为21 d.末次激光治疗后1个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效、皮肤红斑量、血清学指标,包括白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和睾酮(testosterone,T)的改变.结果 观察组有效率(97.5％)明显高于对照组(80.0％)(P＜0.05);两组治疗后红斑指数E值均降低,且观察组红斑指数E值为(329.8±14.9),低于对照组(379.4±18.7)(P＜0.05);两组治疗后IL-8、TNF-α、T值水平均下降,且观察组指标水平明显更低(P＜0.05).结论 凉血清肺汤联合CO2点阵激光可减少玫瑰痤疮患者面部红斑量,降低血清睾酮水平,提高临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the joint impact of Liangxue Qingfei decoction and carbon dioxide lattice laser on the facial erythema volume and serum testosterone level in patients with rosacea.Methods Totally 80 patients with rosacea between Jan.2022 and Jan.2023 were selected and divided randomly into a reference group and monitored group,40 patients in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated only with carbon dioxide lattice laser,and the patients in the monitored group were given both Liangxue Qingfei decoction and carbon dioxide lattice laser treatment.The clinical efficacy,skin erythema volume and serological indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect(97.5％)of the observation group was significantly higher than that(80.0％)of the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the value of erythema index E decreased in both groups,and the value was lower in the observation group than in the control group(329.8±14.9 vs.379.4±18.7)(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and testosterone(T)dropped in both groups,and the levels were much lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The combination of fractional CO 2 laser and type Ⅲ collagen will treat stretch marks effectively while reducing the incidence of related complications.
