山东省8月龄儿童麻腮风联合减毒活疫苗与乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗同时接种的不良反应监测分析

摘要
目的 分析8月龄儿童麻腮风联合减毒活疫苗(Measles,mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine,MMR)与乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗(Japanese encephalitis attenuated live vaccine,JEV-L)同时接种的不良反应.方法 通过山东省免疫规划信息系统和中国疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统收集山东省2020年出生且满8月龄儿童MMR和JEV-L同时或单独接种的剂次数和不良反应个案,采用泊松回归模型计算不良反应报告发生率的95％置信区间(Confidence interval,CI).结果 山东省8月龄儿童MMR与JEV-L同时接种、MMR单独接种、JEV-L单独接种一般反应报告发生率(/10 万剂)分别为 103.90(95％CI:92.01-117.32)、119.49(95％CI:109.40-130.50)、49.29(95％CI:42.85-56.69),异常反应分别为 3.20(95％CI:1.60-6.29)、4.11(95％CI:2.56-6.61)、0.50(95％CI:0.13-2.01).结论 8月龄儿童同时接种MMR和JEV-L同时接种或单独接种的不良反应发生率均在预期范围内,同时接种未增加不良反应的发生风险.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate adverse reactions following simultaneous vaccination with measles,mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine(MMR)and Japanese encephalitis attenuated live vaccine(JEV-L)in 8-month-old infants.Methods We obtained data on simultaneous and standalone vaccination with MMR and JEV-L among 8-month-old infants born in 2020 from the Shandong Immunization Program Information Management System and on adverse reactions from the National Immunization Program Information Management System.We calculated 95％confidence intervals(CI)of reported adverse reaction incidences using Poisson regression models.Results Incidences per 100 000 doses for common adverse reactions following MMR and JEV-L simultaneous,standalone MMR,and standalone JEV-L vaccination in 8-month-old infants were 103.90(95％CI:92.01-117.32),119.49(95％CI:109.40-130.50),and 49.29(95％CI:42.85-56.69),respectively,and for rare adverse reactions,were 3.20(95％CI:1.60-6.29),4.11(95％CI:2.56-6.61),and 0.50(95％CI:0.13-2.01).Conclusions Incidences of adverse reactions following simultaneous and standalone vaccination with MMR and JEV-L in 8-month-old infants were acceptable.Simultaneous vaccination did not increase the risk for adverse reactions.
