摘要
目的 分析中国流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)流行病学特征.方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集2019-2022年乙脑报告病例,描述性分析流行特征.结果 中国2019-2022年共报告乙脑1 057例,年均报告发病率为0.188/100万,报告发病率从2019年的0.298/100万(416例)下降至2022年的0.104/100万(146例).0-14岁、15-44 岁、≥45 岁病例分别占 45.03％、22.14％、32.83％,年均发病率分别为 0.489/100 万、0.103/100 万、0.183/100万;其中≥45岁病例比例从2019年的30.29％上升至2022年的45.21％.在所有报告病例中,农民、学生、散居儿童分别占33.30％、32.54％、14.29％.结论 中国2019-2022年乙脑发病率持续下降;仍需保持适龄儿童乙脑疫苗高覆盖率,并加强成年人或高风险人群乙脑防控工作.
Abstract
Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of Japanese encephalitis(JE)in China.Methods We obtained data on JE cases that were reported to the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System during 2019-2022 and conducted descriptive epidemiological analyses.Results A total of 1 057 JE cases were reported during 2019-2022 in China,for an average annual incidence of 0.188 cases per million population.Annual incidence per million declined from 0.298(416 cases)in 2019 to 0.104(146 cases)in 2022;0-14-,15-44-,and≥45-year-olds accounted for 45.03％,22.14％,and 32.83％of reported cases,with average annual incidences of 0.489,0.103,and 0.183 per million.The proportion of cases among≥45-year-olds increased from 30.29％in 2019 to 45.21％in 2022.Farmers,students,and living-scattered children accounted for 33.30％,32.54％,and 14.29％of cases.Conclusions JE incidence declined during 2019-2022 in China.We suggest maintaining high JE vaccine coverage for age-eligible children and strengthening JE prevention and control in adults and high-risk populations.
