Functional completeness of provincial immunization information systems in China in 2022:a comprehensive evaluation using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method combined with the RSR method
Objective To evaluate the functional completeness of provincial immunization information systems in China.Methods We conducted a questionnaire-based survey on the construction status of provincial immunization information systems in China in 2022 and evaluated the completeness of their functions using the entropy weight-TOPSIS method combined with the RSR method.Results Percent completeness of six functions ranged from 75.0%-100%,56.3%-100%,20.0%-100%,60.0%-100%,0.0%-100%,and 60.0%-100%.TOPSIS analysis showed that the Ci values of comprehensive evaluation indicators for all provincial systems ranged from 0.163 to 1.000.RSR analysis showed that 8,24,and 0 provincial systems were good,medium,and poor in their completeness of functions.Conclusions Completeness of functions of provincial immunization information systems was generally good but varied by province.Each provincial system should be further improved based on national standards and requirements for the construction of immunization information systems.
