社会化聆听在预防接种研究领域中的应用

摘要
社会化聆听是以大数据采集和分析为主要手段对社交媒体信息进行抓取、挖掘和分析的过程,近年来逐渐应用于卫生健康领域,在监测识别网络数据信息的及时性和灵敏度上具有一定优势.本文通过筛选国内外相关研究文献,综述了社会化聆听在监测分析公众对疫苗接种的态度、疫苗事件发生后舆情演变趋势、疫苗犹豫的原因、疫苗可预防疾病疫情早期预警等方面的应用,分析了社会化聆听的局限性和在预防接种研究领域的应用前景.
Abstract
Social listening is a process of extracting,mining,and analyzing social media information through big data collection and analysis.Social listening has been used in the field of health in recent years,showing certain advantages in the timeliness and sensitivity of monitoring and identifying Internet information.Based on review of relevant research literature at home and abroad,we summarize applications of social listening for monitoring and analyzing public attitudes toward vaccination,evolution of public opinions after occurrence of vaccination-related events,reasons for vaccine hesitancy,and early warnings of vaccine-preventable diseases.We discuss limitations and prospects of social listening in the field of vaccination research.
