目的 评价妊娠期接种流感疫苗(Influenza vaccine,InfV)预防孕妇流感样疾病(Influenza-like illness,ILI)的保护效果(Vaccine effectiveness,VE).方法 利用甘肃省电子病历系统和免疫规划信息系统构建2019-2021年流感流行季孕妇妊娠期接种InfV和分娩后6个月发生ILI的回顾性匹配队列,采用Log-binomial模型估计调整后VE及其95％置信区间(Confidence interval,CI).结果 妊娠期InfV接种组、未接种组孕妇ILI发病率分别为4.70％(54/1 150)、6.91％(16 990/245 754),InfV 接种预防孕妇 ILI 的调整 VE 为 33.55％(95％CI:12.71％-49.41％).结论 甘肃省2019-2021年流感季妊娠期接种InfV预防孕妇ILI具有一定保护效果.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of influenza vaccination during pregnancy against influenza-like illness(ILI)among pregnant women.Methods We used the Electronic Medical Record System and the Immunization Program Information System of Gansu province to construct a retrospective cohort data set of influenza vaccination during pregnancy in the 2019-2021 influenza seasons,matched within six months of delivery among pregnant women,testing for ILI.We estimated adjusted vaccine effectiveness(VE)and 95％confidence intervals(CI)using a log-binomial model.Results The incidence of ILI was 4.70％(54/1 150)among pregnant women who received influenza vaccine(InfV)during pregnancy and 6.91％(16 990/245 754)among pregnant women who did not receive InfV.The adjusted InfV VE against ILI among pregnant women was 33.55％(95％CI:12.71％-49.41％).Conclusions Influenza vaccination during pregnancy during the 2029-2021 influenza season in Gansu showed significant effectiveness against ILI among pregnant women.
