Investigation on the status quo of body image during pregnancy of women with the first-time pregnancy and its influencing factors analysis
Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of body image during pregnancy of women with the first-time pregnancy,and to study its influencing factors.Methods:From January to October 2023,convenience sampling was used to investigate the pregnant women admitted to the obstetrics clinic.The electronic questionnaire was used to investigate the body image during pregnancy of these women.The influencing factors of the body image during pregnancy of the women were analyzed.Results:After 240 questionnaires were collected and 7 invalid questionnaires were excluded,a total of 233 valid questionnaires were analyzed finally,with the effective recovery rate of 94.2％.The results showed that the body image score of the pregnant women during the first pregnancy was 89.67±7.95 points,and which was significantly lower than the total score of 119 points.The social support score of the women was 36.64 ±17.15 points,and which was negatively correlated with their body image scores during pregnancy.Multiple factors a-nalysis showed that the low social support,the living city,the poor relationship with their spouse were the influence factors of the body image scores during pregnancy for the pregnant women with the first pregnancy(P＜0.001).Con-clusion:This survey finds that there are some body image disorders of the pregnant women during the first pregnancy.The living city,the third trimester of pregnancy,the poor relationship with their spouse and the low social support of the women with the first pregnancy are the causes of their body image disorders.
