Clinical application of laparoscopic total hysterectomy guided by the cup of lifting the cervix
Objective:To explore the feasibility of gynecology clinical application of laparoscopic total hysterectomy guided by the cup of lifting the cervix.Methods:The clinical data of 65 patients who had undergone the laparoscopic total hysterectomy from October 2020 to October 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,30 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy guided by the cup of lifting the cervix were included in experimental group,and 35 pa-tients undergoing conventional laparoscopic total hysterectomy were in control group.The operation time,the intraop-erative blood loss,the surgical complications rate,the anal exhaust time,the postoperative hospital stay and the post-operative vaginal wound stump healing of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time(65.7±5.4 min),the intraoperative blood loss(26.8±10.0 ml),the anal exhaust time(11.2±2.2 h)and the me-dian postoperative hospital stay(5.0(5.0,5.0)d)of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those(86.0±7.1min,57.0±8.5ml,17.9±2.1h,and 5.0(5.0,6.0)d)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).There were no any patient with bladder injury,ureteral injury or vaginal stump bleeding in the experimental group.There were 1 patient with ureteral injury,1 patient with bladder injury and 2 patients with vaginal stump infec-tion in the control group.There were no significant differences in the rates of the intraoperative complications and the postoperative follow-up vaginal stump infection between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The lapa-roscopic total hysterectomy of the patients guided by the cup of lifting the cervix has the short operation time,quick postoperative recovery,safety and reliability,which preliminarily confirms the feasibility of laparoscopic total hysterec-tomy guided by the cup of lifting the cervix in gynecological clinical applications.
