Pregnant situation of women with tubal obstructive infertility after fallopian tube interventional recanalization and its in-fluence factors
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of the pregnant outcomes of women with tubal obstructive in-fertility after fallopian tube interventional recanalization. Methods:The clinical data of 164 women with tubal obstruc-tive infertility who underwent fallopian tube interventional recanalization from June 2020 to February 2022 were collect-ed.The natural pregnancy rate of the women within 1 year after surgery was calculated.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors influencing the natural pregnancy of the women after fallopian tube interven-tional recanalization. Results:The cases lost to follow-up after operations were excluded, and 155 patients were includ-ed in the study finally. There were 74 women with natural pregnancies within 1 year after surgery, accounting for 47.7%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age≥35 years old(OR=2.41,95%CI 1.20-4.85),the primary infertility(OR=2.79,95%CI=1.38-5.62),the infertility duration>5 years(OR=2.19,95%CI 1.17-4.08),the distal tubal obstruction(OR=3.10,95%CI 1.36-7.06),the history of pelvic surgery(OR=3.87,95%CI 1.83-8.19),and the uneven intraoperative pelvic diffusion(OR=2.75,95%CI 1.30-5.79)of the women were the inde-pendent risk factors affecting their natural pregnancy after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are various factors affecting the natural pregnancy of the women with tubal obstructive infertility after fallopian tube interventional reca-nalization.The young patients with secondary infertility, shorter infertility duration, proximal tubal obstruction,or no history of pelvic surgery are more suitable for the fallopian tube interventional recanalization.
