Construction and application of the care quality evaluation index system for preventing the intraoperative acquired pressure injuries of patients during gynecological surgery
Objective:To construct and identify the care quality evaluation index system for preventing the intraopera-tive acquired pressure injuries(IAPIs)of patients during gynecological surgery,to provide effective IAPIs preventive care during gynecological surgery,and to improve the nursing quality.Methods:The Delphi expert inquiry method was used to form a quality evaluation index system of the IAPIs prevention nursing in gynecological surgery and two rounds of the expert inquiries were conducted.The effectiveness of this indicator system was validated by the historical com-parative studies.Results:This study conducted two rounds of inquiries by the expert,with the expert response rate of 100.00％and the coefficient of reliability(Cr)of 0.919.The Kendall coefficients of the two rounds of inquiries were 0.291 and 0.364.The final development of the IAPIs preventive care quality evaluation index system for gynecological surgery included three primary indicators and 35 secondary indicators.The application of this indicator system signifi-cantly reduced the incidence of IAPIs of the patients during gynecological surgery(0.7％vs.3.1％)and improved the satisfaction(46.52±1.72 points vs.41.57±3.87 points)of the patients(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:The quality evalua-tion index system for IAPIs prevention nursing of the patients during gynecological surgery developed in this study has better scientificity,which can reduce the incidence of IAPIs of the patients during gynecological surgery,improve the satisfaction of the patient,and should be further promoted in the application in the future.
