Effects of the combined insulation nursing in operating room on parturients and neonates during cesarean section
Objective:To explore the effects of the combined insulation nursing in the operating room on the incidence of chill,the postoperative recovery,the coagulation function and the pain of parturients and their neonates.Methods:A total of 92 pregnant women who wanted cesarean section in hospital were selected and were randomly divided into two groups(46 cases in each group)from June 2020 to June 2023.The women in the control group were given conven-tional thermal insulation nursing during cesarean section,and the women in the observation group were given the com-bined thermal insulation nursing.The incidences of the hypothermia and chills,the postoperative recovery,the coagu-lation function and the pain score of the parturients and their neonatal adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidences of the hypothermia(6.5％)and chill(8.7％)of the parturients and the neonatal complications(4.4％)in the observation group were significantly lower than those(26.1％,32.6％and 23.9％)in the control group.The postoperative recovery time of the parturients in the observation group was significantly less than that of the parturients in the control group.The values of the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time of the parturients in the two groups after operation had increased significantly,and the fibrinogen level of the parturients in the two groups after operation had decreased significantly,and the changes of which of the parturients in the observation group were significantly greater than those of the parturients in the control group.The pain scores of the parturients in the observation group at 1h before operation(7.39±0.31 points),at 12h after opera-tion(5.61±0.15 points)and at 24h after operation(3.88±0.23 points)were significantly lower than those(7.42±28 points,7.07±0.22 points and 5.16±0.30 points)of the parturients in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined insulation nursing in operating room for the parturients during cesarean section can reduce the incidences of their intraoperative hypothermia and chill,effectively alleviate their coagulation function and pain score,improve their neonatal outcomes,and promote their postoperative recovery.
