目的:探讨互联网+"手术e候厅"对全子宫切除术患者术前访视知晓度及焦虑水平的影响.方法:选取2022年1月-2023年10月本院行腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者102例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各51例,分别予以常规围术期护理模式干预或互联网+"手术e候厅"护理模式干预.比较两组术前访视知晓度、不同时间点焦虑程度(包括家属)、心理及血压变化情况、护理满意度.结果:观察组术前访视知晓度及护理满意度(92.2％)均优于对照组(76.5％),手术室等候时的心率(76.48±9.23)、血压(114.39±6.54 mmHg/76.07±7.13 mmHg)均低于对照组(83.51±8.19、123.58±8.42 mmHg/84.54±6.49 mmHg),手术室等候时、术后 1 d 7 项广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分(7.19±2.58分、3.15±1.02分)均低于对照组(9.35±3.26分、4.21±1.07分),其家属手术等候时GAD-7评分(6.28±2.26分)也低于对照组(8.39±2.11分)(均P＜0.05).结论:应用互联网+"手术e候厅"干预可提高全子宫切除术患者术前访视知晓度,缓解焦虑情绪,利于保持心率、血压平稳,护理满意度提高.
Effects of internet combined with"operation e waiting room"for patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy on their preoperative visit awareness and anxiety level
Objective:To explore the effects of internet combined with"operation e waiting room"for patients with lap-aroscopic total hysterectomy on their preoperative visit awareness and anxiety level.Methods:A total of 102 patients who wanted laparoscopic total hysterectomy in hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and ex-perimental group(51 cases in each group)from January 2022 to October 2023.The patients in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing mode intervention and the patients in the experimental group were given internet combined with"operation e waiting room"nursing mode intervention.The awareness of the preoperative visits,the anxiety at different time points,the psychology and blood pressure changes and the nursing satisfaction of the patients,and the anxiety of the family members at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results:The preoperative visit awareness of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the patients in the control group.The nursing satisfaction(92.2％)of the patients in the experimental group was significantly bet-ter than that(76.5％)of the patients in the control group.The values of heart rate(76.48±9.23)and blood pressure(114.39±6.54mmHg/76.07±7.13mmHg)of the patients in the experimental group waiting in the operating room were significantly lower than those(83.51±8.19 and 123.58±8.42mmHg/84.54±6.49mmHg)of the patients in the control group.The scores of 7 items of the generalized anxiety disorder(GAD-7)scale of the patients in the experimen-tal group at waiting in the operating room and in 1 day after surgery(7.19±2.58 points and 3.15±1.02 points)were significantly lower than those(9.35±3.26 points and 4.21±1.07 points)of the patients in the control group.The GAD-7 score(6.28±2.26 points)of the family members in the experimental group at waiting in the operating room was sig-nificantly lower than that(8.39±2.11 points)of the family members in the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of internet combined with"operation e waiting room"for the patients with laparoscopic total hysterec-tomy can improve their awareness of preoperative visits,relieve their anxiety,help maintain stable their heart rate and blood pressure and improve their care satisfaction.
