摘要
子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜对胚胎的接受程度,对于胚胎成功植入和正常妊娠至关重要.正确理解子宫内膜容受性对生殖健康至关重要.本综述深入探讨子宫内膜容受性的评估方法,分析调节子宫内膜容受性的激素和分子因素,寻找用于评估容受性的生物标志物,阐明其复杂的机制和对生育能力的影响.此外,还将讨论影响容受性的外部因素和潜在病理疾病.
Abstract
Uterine receptivity refers to the degree of acceptance of endometrium to embryos,which is crucial for the successful embryo implantation and the normal pregnancy.A correct understanding of the endometrial receptivity is es-sential for reproductive health.This review delves into the evaluation methods of the endometrial receptivity,analyzes the hormonal and molecular factors regulating the endometrial receptivity,seeks out the biomarkers for assessing the endometrial receptivity,elucidates the complex mechanisms,and examines the impact on the fertility of the patients.Additionally,the external factors and the potential pathological conditions influencing the endometrial receptivity are discussed.
