Predictive value of the transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging combined with the fibrinogen/albumin ratio and the D-di-mer level of patients for their prognosis after ovarian cancer surgery
Objective:To explore the predictive value of the transvaginal color Doppler flow imaging(TV-CDFI)com-bined with the fibrinogen/albumin ratio(FAR)and the D-dimer(D-D)level of patients for their prognosis after the o-varian cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 227 patients with ovarian cancer who had undergone surgical treatment from January 2015 to January 2021 were selected and were followed up for 3 years after operation.The prognosis of the patients was counted.The prognostic influence factors of the patients with the ovarian cancer surgery were analyzed.The predictive value of the blood flow indexes measured by TV-CDFI,the FAR and the D-D level of the patients with ovarian cancer surgery for their prognosis was evaluated.Results:After 3 years of follow-up,15 of the 227 patients with ovarian cancer were lost to follow-up.A total of 212(93.4%)patients had completed the follow-up,and among them,there were 82 cases with ovarian cancer recurred,with a recurrence rate of 38.7%(82/212),and the median re-currence time of the patients with the ovarian cancer recurrence was 11(8,15)months.COX regression analysis showed that the ovarian cancer stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,the lymph node metastasis,the abnormal blood flow index measured by TV-CDFI,and the increased FAR and the D-D level of the patients were all the factors affecting their prognosis after o-varian cancer surgery(P<0.05).Receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the blood flow index measured by TV-CDFI,the FAR and the D-D level of the patients with the ovarian cancer surgery for predicting their prognosis were all ≥0.7,and the AUC of the combined the blood flow index meas-ured by TV-CDFI,the FAR and the D-D level of the patients with the ovarian cancer surgery for predicting their prognosis was 0.983,and which was the highest.Conclusion:The abnormal blood flow indexes measured by TV-CD-FI,and the increased FAR and the D-D level of the patients are all related to their prognosis.The of the blood flow in-dexes measured by TV-CDFI,and the detections of the FAR and the D-D level of the patients are helpful to predict their prognosis after ovarian cancer surgery and can provide the reference for the clinical treatment.
