Objective:To analyze the mental state and the risk factors of the postpartum depression of pregnant women with hypothyroidism after vaginal delivery.Methods:87 pregnant women with hypothyroidism treated in the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects. The mental status in 3d before and after delivery, and the postpartum depression scores of the women were evaluated. The risk factors of the postpartum depression of the women with hypothyroidism in 6 months after vaginal delivery were analyzed. Results:The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(50.36±4.48 points),the self-rating depression scale(51.77±4.23 points),the Beck self-rating depres-sion Scale(30.36±4.27 points)and the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(25.02±2.33 points)of the women after delivery were significantly higher than those(40.36±2.11 points,37.25±2.32 points,21.36±3.04 points and 21.25±2.01 points)before delivery(P<0.05).There were 22(25.3%)women with postpartum depression occurred within 6 months after delivery.Univariate analysis showed that the occurrence of postpartum depression of the women was re-lated to their age, parity, unintended pregnancy, lactation volume, feeding pattern, average monthly family income, postpartum pain and sleep quality.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age<25 years old,the pri-miparity,the unplanned pregnancy, the low lactation volume, the breastfeeding, the average monthly family income≤5000 Yuan, the postpartum pain and the poor sleep quality of the women were all the risk factors of their postpar-tum depression occurrence(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The age<25 years old,the primiparity, the unplanned preg-nancy,the low lactation volume, the breastfeeding, the average monthly family income ≤5000 Yuan, the postpartum pain and the poor sleep quality of the pregnant women with hypothyroidism are all the risk factors of their postpartum depression occurrence.According to these risk factors, the more attention should be paid and the intervention measures should be taken for the women with hypothyroidism to reduce the incidence of their postpartum depression.
