Values of the levels of the plasma reactive oxygen species modulator 1,CXC chemokine ligand 1,and ubiquitin specific protease 7 of women for early diagnosing their endometrial cancer and for evaluating their prognosis
Objective:To investigate the values of the levels of the plasma reactive oxygen species modulator 1(Romo1),CXC chemokine ligand 1(CXCL1),and ubiquitin specific protease 7(USP7)of women for early diagnosing their endometrial cancer(EC)and for evaluating their prognosis.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2021,172 women with EC who had undergone surgery treatment in the hospital were included in the study group,and according to the prognosis,these women were divided into 69 cases with poor prognosis in group A and 103 cases with good prognosis in group B.Another 172 healthy women who underwent physical examinations were selected in the control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to measure the plasma Romo1,CXCL1,and USP7 levels.Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the correlation between the expression levels of Romo1,CX-CL1,and USP7 of the women with EC and their prognosis.COX risk regression model was applied to analyze the fac-tors affecting the prognosis of the women with EC.Receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the value of the levels of plasma Romo1,CXCL1 and USP7 of the women for early diagnosing their EC occurrence and predicting their prognosis of EC.Results:The levels of the plasma Romo1(331.18±34.52 ng/L),CXCL1(92.62±11.61 pg/ml)and USP7(28.15±4.67 ng/ml)of the women in the study group were significantly higher than those(261.28±29.83 ng/L,69.28±7.66 pg/ml and 15.39±2.58 ng/ml)of the women in the control group.The levels of the plasma Romo1,CXCL1 and USP7 of the women in group A were significantly higher than those of the women in group B.In the study group,the 3-year survival rate of the women with the high levels of plasma Romo1(39.8%),CXCL1(43.2%)or USP7(43.5%)was significantly lower than that(78.7%,74.7%or 75.9%)of the women with the low levels of Romo1,CXCL1 or USP7(all P<0.05).Multivariate COX risk regression model analysis showed that the increased levels of Romo1,CXCL1 and USP7,and the FIGO stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ of EC of the women were the risk factors affecting their prognosis(P<0.05).ROC analysis showed that the area under the curves of the combination of the lev-els of Romo1,CXCL1 and USP7 of the women for early diagnosing their EC and for predicting their prognosis were 0.865 and 0.900(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of the plasma Romo1,CXCL1 and USP7 of the women with EC are evidently elevated,and which are related to their prognosis.The values of the combined detections of the levels of Romo1,CXCL1 and USP7 of the women for early diagnosing their EC and for predicting their prognosis are higher.
