目的 了解云南省弥渡县基层医务人员对艾滋病的知识、态度、信念。方法 对弥渡县192名基层医务人员进行了艾滋病知识、态度、信念的问卷调查。结果 大部分调查对象对艾滋病一般知识的掌握情况较好，平均正答率为71.1%，对艾滋病的流行发展状况能有较好的认识，并能正确对待患者。但对艾滋病临床知识的认识还含糊不清，对预防措施的认识也不足。有83.6%的防保人员没有经常向周围人群宣传艾滋病知识。结论 今后应加强基层医务人员艾滋病知识的培训和教育。
Abstract
Objective To understand the knowledge,attitudes, and practicetowards AIDS among grassroots health workers in Midu County, Yunnan Province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 192 grassroots health workers in Midu County, Yunnan Province by random sampling.Results Most of the respondents knew rather well about the transmission of AIDS with a correct answer rate of 71.1% and treated people with AIDS correctly. However, most of them only know a little about the clinical manifestation of AIDS and its prevention, and failed to regard education of the masses about AIDS as their own unshirkable duty. Conclusion The KAP of the grassroots health workers towards AIDS in Midu County still fail to fit in with the severe situation of AIDS.
