摘要
目的 了解涟水县18岁以上居民糖尿病患病情况及其危险因素,为糖尿病综合防治提供依据.方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样法,选取辖区11个乡镇18岁以上居民进行问卷调查.结果 调查6908人中共发现糖尿病患者557例,患病率为8.06％,标化率为4.60％,35岁以上患者539例,患病率8.84％.所有患者中男性189例,患病率6.02％,女性368例,患病率9.76％;已知糖尿病260例,患病知晓率46.68％,其中男性知晓82人,知晓率43.39％,女性知晓178人,知晓率48.37％;已知糖尿病患者中服药157人,服药率为60.38％,血糖得到有效控制129人,血糖控制率43.43％.多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,发现文化程度、年龄、高血压、高血脂以及遗传与糖尿病患病有相关性;其中高血压患者罹患糖尿病的风险是正常人群的2.22倍,高血脂患者罹患糖尿病的风险是正常人群的5.34倍,有糖尿病遗传史的人群罹患糖尿病的风险是没有遗传史人群的3.59倍.结论 35岁以上有高血压、高血脂或遗传史的人群是涟水县糖尿病防治的重点人群,应着重加强此类人群糖尿病防治知识的宣传,并对其采取有效措施积极干预.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of diabetes mellitus in residents aged over 18 years old in Lianshui County,and to provide basis for prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods By a stratified cluster sampling method,11 towns were selected and questionnaire survey was carried out in residents aged over 18 years old from selected towns.Results 557 diabetes mellitus patients were found from 6908 investigated residents.The diabetes prevalence was 8.06％ and the standardized rate was 4.60％.There were 539 diabetes mellitus patients over 35 years old and it' s prevalence was 8.84％.Of 557 diabetes mellitus patients,the male was 189 with prevalence 6.02％ while the female was 368 with prevalence 9.76％.260 diabetes mellitus patients (82 in male and 178 in female) knew knowledge about diabetes mellitus and the awareness rate was 46.68％ (43.39％ in male and 48.37％ in female).157 diabetes mellitus patients took drugs and the drug-taking rate was 60.38％.The blood glucose of 129 diabetes mellitus patients was under control level and the control rate was 43.43％.The result from multiple-factor non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that education level,age,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and geneticis were relative to diabetes mellitus.The risk of which hypertensive patients develop diabetes mellitus was 2.22 times according to the normal population while 5.34 times for Hyperlipidemia patients and 3.59 times for people with family heredity history of diabetes mellitus.Conclusion Population above 35 years old with high blood pressure,high cholesterol or family heredity history of diabetes mellitus are the key population to prevention and treatment in Lianshui County,and health education of diabetes knowledge to this population should be strengthened.
