家庭精神环境与社会环境对困境家庭儿童心理健康的影响

摘要
目的 从家庭精神环境和社会环境维度了解困境家庭儿童心理健康的影响因素,为改善困境家庭儿童心理健康提供参考依据.方法 基于健康生态学理论,利用"困境家庭儿童健康状况研究"数据,采用有调节的中介模型,探究家庭精神环境和社会环境对儿童心理健康的影响.结果 困境家庭儿童心理健康状况较差,家庭陷入困境会直接影响儿童心理健康(β=0.20,P＜0.01),直接效应为0.198;家庭陷入困境会通过家庭精神环境影响儿童心理健康,间接效应为0.041,占总效应的17.15％;社会环境能调节家庭精神环境对儿童心理健康的影响(β=-0.05,P＜0.05).结论 应注重构建良好的家庭精神环境和社会环境,充分发挥其协同作用,共同推动困境家庭儿童心理健康发展.
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of family spiritual environment and social environment on mental health among children living in dilemma families,and to provide reference for improving their mental health status.Methods Based on the Health Ecological Model,the survey data of"Children's Health Status Study in Dilemma Families"were analyzed.The effect mechanism of family spiritual environment and social environment on children's mental health was ex-plored by moderated intermediary model.Results The mental health status of children living in dilemma families was worse than that in normal families,families going in dilemma would directly affect children's mental health(β=0.20,P＜0.01),and the direct effect was 0.198.When a family was in dilemma,it would affect children's mental health by influen-cing their family spiritual environment,and the indirect effect was 0.041,accounting for 17.15％of the total effect.Social environment could regulate the effect of family mental environment on children's mental health(β=-0.05,P＜0.05).Conclusion A good family spiritual and social environment should be built for their synergy and mental health development of children living in dilemma families.
