Analysis on publishers distribution of WeChat official accounts based on released articles related to hyperten-sion
Objective To study the distribution of health information publishers in WeChat official accounts,and to provide basis for optimizing health communication under new media.Methods Released article titles was searched by using"hypertension"as key word in WeChat public account platform from January to May 2022.The corresponding article links were obtained,and the corresponding publisher information were crawled through web crawlers.Pandas and other tools were used for classification and statistical analysis.Results A total of 15 063 health articles were available,corresponding to 7444 publishers.3609 publishers were public departments(administrative institutions and public institutions),account-ing for 48.48%of the total publishers.There were 3301 health related publishers,accounting for 44.34%of the total pub-lishers,and 44.95%of the total health information released.There were 1948 enterprises in total,including 429 health re-lated enterprises,accounting for 22.02%of all enterprises.Conclusion Compared with actual administrative(technical)structure,the main health release publishers were administrative departments,professional technical departments(disease control,hospitals),etc.It is an inverted pyramid structure and grass-roots mobilization is seriously insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of health communication capacity at the grass-roots level,and establish evalua-tion mechanism for the health information publishing subject.
