目的 基于文献计量学方法对2012-2022年国内外青少年体育健康促进的研究现状和研究热点进行分析.方法 基于Web of Science核心合集和CNKI数据库检索青少年健康促进相关文献,采用CiteSpace 5.8.R3进行可视化分析,对国内外青少年体育健康促进的发文特征、研究热点、关键词聚类和关键词突显进行对比分析.结果 共检索到相关文献8575篇.国外研究前沿聚焦于现代信息技术助力青少年健康发展、青少年身体活动与健康自我测评体系等方面.国内研究热点为体育政策与青少年健康促进、校内外体育健康促进一体化,国内研究前沿聚焦于体教融合引领下的青少年体育健康发展、冰雪运动与青少年健康协同发展、以体育为导向的青少年健康教育.结论 通过分析国内外青少年体育健康促进相关研究,结合我国实际,提出了强化"家、校、社"三位一体健康治理效能、建立数字化青少年体育健康促进管理模式、优化青少年体育健康促进评价与反馈机制的青少年体育健康促进策略.
Research hotspots and frontier trends in sportshealth promotion among adolescents at home and abroad from 2012 to 2022:a visualized analysis
Objective To analysis the current research status and hotspots in sport health promotion among adoles-cents at home and abroad from 2012 to 2022 based on bibliometric methods.Methods Based on the retrieval of literature related to adolescent health promotion from the Web of Science Core Collection and the CNKI database,visual analysis was conducted by using CiteSpace 5.8.R3.A comparative analysis was carried out on the characteristics of publications,research hotspots,keyword clustering,and keyword prominence in sports health promotion among adolescents at home and abroad.Results A total of 8575 pieces of literatures related to the topic were retrieved.International research frontiers were focused on the empowerment of adolescents'health development by modern information technology,and systems for adolescents'self-assessment of physical activity and health.Domestic research hotspots included sports policies and the promotion of adoles-cents'health,as well as the integration of sports health promotion inside and outside of schools.Domestic research frontiers were concentrated on the development of adolescents'sports health under the guidance of the integration of sports and health education,the synergistic development of ice and snow sports and adolescents'health,and health education for adolescents oriented by sports.Conclusion Through the analysis of domestic and international research on the promotion of sports health among adolescents,and in combination with the actual conditions of our country,the following strategies for the pro-motion of sports health among adolescents are proposed:strengthening the health governance efficacy of the home,school,society'trinity,establishing a digital management model for the promotion of adolescent sports health,and optimizing the e-valuation and feedback mechanism for the promotion of sports health among adolescents.
